Japanese Multipurpose Kitchen Knife 17cm

A stainless steel knife, skilfully cast from a single mold and sharpened with care.

This product is unique to Niigata Prefecture, which is historically known for metal casting and quality knife production. The handle was designed to be hollow to reduce its weight. This is only made possible through precision casting, also known as lost-wax casting, a process used to create intricate pieces.
