Shipping Policy

 

Kyoji aims to pack and ship each order within 2-3 business weeks of purchase – usually same day but no packages are mailed on weekends or public holidays. You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched. 

All lead times shown are estimates through third-party shipping company Fedex, and Kyoji is not responsible for any delays. Shipping timelines may be longer for destinations in rural areas.  

Kyoji is not responsible for any import taxes or duties imposed by the country of import. If you do not pay these taxes, the package will be sent back to us. We will the refund you the amount for the order, minus the actual shipping cost charged to us by the carrier as well as the return shipping fee of the package to us.
